Request for removal

If you (Mercat App user) want your personal data to be removed from our systems, follow these steps:

1. Go to the “Perfil” (Profile) section.
2. Tap on “Eliminar mi cuenta” (Delete my account). (view example)
3. Read the consequences of deleting your account.
4. If you agree to the actions related to deleting your account, tap on “Eliminar cuenta” button (Delete account).
5. Confirm your decision in the dialog box that will pop up.
6. You’re done. All your account-related data is removed.
7. If you want to create a new account, even with your already removed email, you can, but it will be brand-new.
